The Institute had the privilege recently to train a team of housekeepers and front of house staff in one of the most spectacular properties the Institute has ever trained at. It was a true honour to work with all the front of house staff and the House Manager… thank you for this assignment.

“Hi Gary,
I hope this e-mail finds you well and that you have enjoyed the Summer so far!
I’ve been speaking to the Principal and first of all she would like to reiterate what a wonderful job you did in St Moritz. She said the difference in service is unbelievable and that they are very happy with the result. I was there myself in June and felt highly pampered!
At this stage I don’t have any dates but I wanted to see how your schedule is looking for the fall? We’d be delighted if you would be free to visit their other house in Los Angeles for a week to train the staff there. The team is still being finalised hence no firm dates. Just wanted to pre warn so we could schedule something soon.
