Thank you so much once again for the fantastic training you conducted for the Housekeeping team. They were absolutely blown away by it, I heard that there was tears of laughter at some points throughout! According to the team they have definitely learned from the training and have already put some of your ideas into practice! The senior team members are compiling an action plan for the season ahead based on what they have learned, this can only enhance our Member/Guest experience.
