The course was extremely interesting. Mr Williams is an extremely knowledgeable instructor, who helped us realise and practice the fine service as we have never done before. I personally have suggested that Mr Williams visit us again for another group to train and upgrade. I feel honoured and more confident to have learned the fine service, the phrases, and the deportment of a real professional service. The knowledge on the other hand was what made the greatest impact. I’ve never meet such a person in my whole life who can deliver with so much passion and yet know the answer to each of our questions. The Butler course was a very interesting adventure for me. Very interesting and very important for anyone who wants to improve his knowledge of service and satisfy customers at the highest level. Making a huge impression on clients. They have arrived at a five star hotel. It will be very useful for me on night shift and also I have learnt how to pack a suitcase, polish shoes, and check out procedures, which will help with check out procedures. Very important to know how to refuse something that a customer has asked that is not possible in a polite way. Thank you very much for helping me improve my knowledge.
