As for the training it was just great.
We really enjoyed hearing the stories of butler situations (Pugsy made a lasting impression!) .
The flow and speed of training was fine for the time frame we had.
Another suggestion will be to have handouts straightaway rather than having to wait until after the training.
Overall personally I am very satisfied with the training which took place and so much looking forward to the next session for the rest of my team!
And I would just love to be in a position where a longer training could take place like 3-4 days in a row ideally… however this is out of our hands!
