Gary was absolutely fantastic and many of our attendees have since told me that his speech was their favourite session of the day. It was so insightful for our whole team to hear from someone who knows our customer base so well, and who could really communicate the importance of impeccable customer service in such a captivating manner. We hope to have him join us again in December at our next Strategy Day.
