In regards to the training recently provided to us by Mr Williams; this is the second time now that we have had him train members of our team for our upcoming season. Gary is an inspiring and knowledgeable teacher. He has really helped to bring our team up to the level required of them by our principal and provided us with the tools to provide a professional and well-polished service.
On the two occasions that I have met with Gary, the first time being a student myself, it has always been a pleasure and I look forward to a continued association with both Gary and the British Butler Institute.
