Estate Manager

 Estate Manager to oversee large property.

Duties include management and recruitment of couple and contractors. Preparation of rooms for guests, 

meet and greet at the airport of principal and guests and arrangement of all travel requirements on the island.

Experience of running a large property and dealing with contractors to make sure that the property is ready,

at all time as the principal is often on site.

Experience in budgeting, book-keeping and accounting essential, must have a good knowledge of excel. 

Spoken languages English and Portuguese. Tour guide of guests to nearby castle is sometimes required.

Flexibility is essential.
