Mr Gary Williams delivered the Institute’s famous Royal Etiquette and Protocol Finishing School program to adults, teenagers and young children separately over separate days to much acclaim. This was followed by a one day butler service excellence workshop at the famous Kunming Green Lake Hotel to both the management and the butler team.
