As promised, I am writing to share the feedback about the Training you held in March here at Four Seasons Hotel, Firenze.

As you can see from the chart below we evaluated three main points:

Application: All the six Butlers evaluated the effective application of the program. They praised the both, the concepts and the information received during the training. Furthermore, they express their satisfaction about how the experience helped them building confidence on the floor.

Content: The content of the 5 days had a good evaluation as well. It’s worth to remark the excellent feedback received for the exercises they were involved in during the training and for the great benefit they had thanks to the various debates you created.
