To whom it may concern,
We had the pleasure of Gary Williams coming to our boat for a week’s training, recently. There were specific items regarding our front of house service we wanted to improve on and with Gary’s guidance we were able to not only vastly develop those aspects, but also with the additional modules, add even more skills to our repertoire.
We particularly enjoyed the Cigar Training and Etiquette module, the Language of the Professional module, Shoe Care, Unpacking and Packing, and the Cabin Orientation modules. These modules were extremely relevant to our line of work and seemed to open the floodgates to lots of new and fresh ideas we want to implicate in our up coming season.
We hope to see Gary again and could not thank him enough for his great training skills and obvious enthusiasm for his profession.
