I feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to attend your course last week, the concierge services are a big part of my role as a Purser on board Pelorus as the Guest Liaison responsibilities have been redistributed between the Purser and the Chief Stewardess.
I wish we had had more time to discuss potential crisis situations, how to solve them or simply to listen to your professional experiences.
Captain Mikko is glad that the Interior department is improving their skills and with no doubt we would be more than happy to have you back in the near future. Hopefully the yacht will be out of the yard by then and you’ll be able to appreciate all her beauty.
