I hope you made it back home safely last week and didn’t encounter too many weather issues on the roads!
Just wanted to touch base to say thank you very much for the training you conducted for me and my team last Wednesday, we found it really informative and we loved hearing all of your stories about your career so far. The Concierge team have been really motivated since and have been relating back to areas that you discussed in training. We all learned new ideas that will only enhance our Member and Guest experience here at Loch Lomond Golf Club.
I have also been chatting to my new team in Housekeeping about the training so it might be a good idea to involve them next time around.
